The Positive Soundscapes Project is a unique research effort which seeks to re-evaluate environmental sound (http://www.positivesoundscapes.org/). My role in this project was come up with the interactive visualisation to let people manipulate sounds of a soundscape using a 3D interface in a quadriphonic setup. The first version works with 8 balls and 1 sound background. Every ball represents a sound that you can place in both the 3D space and the sonic space. As extra feature, you can record the sound-path and play it back (once or in loop). This part of the project was finished in August 2009.
